Instructions During your stay

Accommodation rules:

  • During your stay, there is no hotel service provided, the sanitary ware and cleanliness are on your own care.
  • Please lock the door of your apartment every time you are leaving or returning to it.
  • The entrance door on the ground floor must be always closed but NOT locked (due to safety reasons).
  • Upon your arrival we will inform you about the facilities of the apartment. It is not allowed to switch of/on the switches on the electrical panel.
  • When use electric devices e.x stove, please always turn them off when you finish.
  • Do not allow children to handle electrical appliances.
  • If you use dishes or cooking appliances, upon your departure you have to leave them clean or you will be charged accordingly.
  • Any damage to the apartment should be reported immediately, in order to avoid any misunderstanding about the cost billing after your departure.
  • During your stay we require a credit card or cash (200 €) guarantee for potential damage. The deposit is refundable upon departure.
  • Upon departure, since there has been no damage to the apartment, is essential to ask from us the voucher that certifies that you handed the apartment in good condition. With this coupon you can challenge any incorrect billing.
  • For the payment of potential damage, you give to the company the right to charge accordingly your card
  • You can contact the reception of Athens Lotus Hotel (CHIOU #9 str) for anything you need. Reception operates 24h.
  • Exemplary damages may be charged are: not removed stain, burns, tearing on linens and covers. Stains and damages on the walls, missing or damaged items.
